      Astrida,

      We received your earlier resignation as PM and removed you from the agenda. Normally, if you sign up for any position and need to cancel, you are responsible to find a replacement. However, we understood there were extenuating circumstances and made the exception in this case. I would prefer to not continue shuffling the positions in and out, so the position will remain open for other volunteers at this time. I’ll send a separate e-mail to discuss. Thanks.
